A Conference Called to Rise

Rooted in Nehemiah 4:6 and Matthew 25:31–46, the 2026 California Annual Conference gathers clergy, delegates, and the whole household of faith to answer a mission that is not merely aspirational — it is possible.

We will Reimagine our witness, Repair the breach, Rebuild what has been shaken, Renovate our ministries, and re-anchor every effort in Relationship — with God and with one another.

Mission Possible

Five commitments shape the work of this Conference. Each pillar is a call — to the pulpit and the pew, to the young and the seasoned, to the sanctuary and the street.

01
Reimagine
Nehemiah 4:6

Seeing the church, our communities, and our mission with fresh eyes and Spirit-filled vision.

02
Repair
Matthew 25:31–46

Restoring what is broken — in people, in places, and in the promises we are called to keep.

03
Rebuild
Nehemiah 4:6

Laying stone upon stone with faithful hands so the next generation stands on a stronger foundation.

04
Renovate
Matthew 25:31–46

Renewing the ministries, methods, and mindsets that carry the gospel into a new day.

05
Relationship

Anchoring every act of mission in love of God and love of neighbor.
