Setup & Hours
- Booth setup begins Tuesday, Sept. 8
- Setup starts as early as 12:00 PM
- Daily hours: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Rental Pricing
- $125 per day
- $500 for Sept. 9 – 13, 2026
- Full conference rental includes 1/2 page ad
- Daily rental includes 1/4 page ad
Liability
- Vendors are responsible for their merchandise.
- All unsold items must be kept under the 6ft display table.
- Vendors are responsible for clean-up of their exhibit space.
St. Andrews AME Church, the California Annual Conference, the Fifth Episcopal District, and the Hilton Sacramento Arden West will not be held liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Application Deadline
The deadline for the rental agreement and fees must be received by St. Andrews AME Church in full, no later than August 14, 2026. Space is limited and will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.
The rental fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
